MOD ANNOUNCEMENT
Apps are officially now open!

The game's apps are rolling so they won't close unless the player cap is met. For game open, the game will allow the game to go slightly over cap as long as they're all the invites the mods were informed about. If game cap is hit, any invited players that haven't gotten their apps in by game start will have until after two weeks into the opening of the game (by 5/2/20 @ 11:59PM EST) to complete them. After that, the game will be capped at the current player count and that particular player will have to wait for it to go under cap.

If game is under cap, players apping in can't start issuing invites until two weeks after game open so all current invitees have a chance to app in first before all the slots start getting taken up. After that, current players are free to start issuing apps to others.

Apps normally have a waiting period between each character but players are allowed to ignore that for game start.

Reserves will be left closed for game start as so far there's been no doubling up on any of the proposed characters apping in, but they'll be opened (pending on game cap not being met) after the same two week period.

Game start is on Friday 4/17/19 around 5 or 6 PM PST.
